I think of the two installations, that the 451 must be simpler. I've installed more than my share of 450 kits and proper alignment and vibration-proofing can be a pain in the [behind] as they are so rigid.
But the 451 has those extension bars that can be tweaked, with rubber grommets for vibration dampening.
I may be wrong though... haven't got my hands on a 451 yet....
