My name i Bernd and i work for one of the biggest smart center in Berlin.
I am on search to a way to send parts in the states. I am looking for two dealers, one on the Westcoast and one on the Eastcoast.
I can become all parts for smart,what you need for the 450,451,452,454.
Well Brabus parts are not a problem.
I work with a company in Kanada very succeaaful.
I would b pleased If you have a contact for me or a idea.

Do you have then name or number of a dealer or a repair shop that will work on an older (2005) TwoFour in the Phoenix area?
The US dealers have really walked off on support of early buyers.

any body can order parts from mexico dealers, they have smart cars for about 5 years ago. just check on internet.

Sounds like a great idea. If I had any info I would give it to you. Unfortunately I am one of those who needs info at this point. If I learn of someone who will support a 450 for parts or service in my area I will be glad to share that information. As of right now I am a happy owner of an 05 450 that I've owned for less than a month and I've got about 300 miles on it. When it breaks down (only a matter of time) I do not have a clue who I would call if I was not able to fix the problem myself. Who can diagnose it? Who can work on it? Who can sell me parts? A master list of what other 450 owners in the U.S. know about this would be a really, really great idea.

We've been representing and supporting these cars since December 2005 and have never stopped. Greencar Company in Washington is another dealer that has been a constant support for 450 owners. A dealer in Mesa Arizona, Tulip999, is Mesa smartcar. Contact either Jeremy or Stan. Call 480-969-1954. They'll help you. Hope this helps.

Ron, are you also able to source European-spec parts for the 451, or would Greencar and Mesa have the ability to do so?
