4 door Toyota Yaris-Didn't know they made them

Was cruising through the Toyota lot yesterday and I noticed that the smaller version of the Yaris now comes in 4 doors. I know the sedan Yaris which looks nothing like the little 2 door comes with 4 doors but I swear I have never seen the tiny Yaris come with 4 doors. Am I wrong here?

Yaris is Toyota's most affordable car. It's offered in a 3-door or 5-door hatchback as well as a 4-door sedan with room for all your friends.

It's been around for a while, and honestly, it would have been on my list of potential cars when I got the smart, but at the time, the 5 door was only available in automatics.

They've been around for about a year, but I think supply has been limited. They have had the 5-door for years in the rest of the world and are testing the waters.

The 5-door has been available in Canada all along, but it didn't make it's debut here in the states until 09. Not very many out there yet.

I was thinking more about a "Maytag" badge.

Knew there were 4 doors all along, still a boring car to me...

I prefer the new Fit aesthetically, but the Yaris S 5-door doesn't look bad for what it is - a reliable, inexpensive, 5-door, economy car.

At least Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, etc., offer a 5-door variant alongside 3-door and sedan models unlike a certain MB product line. Hey, MB, we need that A-class based, 5-door smart!
