WOW. The comments from wired's readers are are very closed minded and not forward thinking. At least the kid is thinking outside the current Box but inside existing technology.

But does it come standard with a "Steve Job's reality distortion field"?

No distortion field, but I think it charges through the standard dock connector and a USB port. And I think those are click wheels -- to let non-Mac pedestrians know the car is coming.

Well those seats look pretty thin...I'm not sure if a stocky "PC" person will fit..... And do you have to wear a turtle-neck to drive it?

I think it's a novel idea- however, it's not really practical. Why, just the other day I was driving and came across at least three Smart Cars that were parked with "For Sale" signs in them- and Smart Cars were supposed to be the next greatest thing! What happened? I think more people are trying to save money and invest in what they know- used cars...just my opinion
Interesting observation.

Non-mac pedestrians will then jump to the curb when the car is clicking away LOL!!
