YET.... Some people are on the waiting list for a delivery in 2010.

Maybe ths MB A-class would be the $20,000-$25,000 Smart. A step up model from the Fortwo.

Exactly. They obviously don't have a reservation program for them yet. I waited 10 months to get one of the first smarts, I'd be willing to reserve a 2011 A-class in Jan of 2010. Doubt the reservation fee would be $99, though. I have 4YO twin boys. They can't both ride with me in the smart (not a bad thing). We'd fit great in an A-class.
