Print samples of what you want and take it to a sign shop or even a flea market sign printer (most likely the second as you can get it for cheaper ). If they aren't busy, then they can make exactly the same thing. On average, they'll charge you $1 an inch - a lot of times it'll be cheaper.

That is a good idea about printing samples and taking to a print shop.

The last few years I do what I do at work and when I'm done, I'm done. Plenty of time for cruising the eBay (or SCOA ) Everything else that I want/need done I tell the people who work for me to do it. I never get any lip and I can guarantee most would take a bullet for me which can't be said for some of my equals who attempt to tell them what to do.

As far as printing from a sign shop/flea market sign shop. Some of those are printed signs. Not too many flea market printers have that capability so you may be stuck with a sign shop for that and it will be more than $1 an inch, printer/plotters aren't cheap. I've got a little one (vinyl plotter/printer!! ) that I use for hobby cutting/printing etc.
