Current or former Isetta owners?

So far, I've identified three of us. Are there more out there? Do we have some common genetic link that has made us micro-car crazy???

There is a pizza place here in Cherry Hill that always has one or two out front to get attention. I'll have to stop and ask.

Former Isetta owner here (hence the avatar). Still own two other antique microcars.

It's a sickness. There's no cure. It's my primary reason for buying a smart.

I think you can fit more stuff in a Isetta than the smart

My 1956 BMW Isetta is shown in the avatar. The smart car is in some ways a highly refined variation on the Isetta, though it is a delightful modern micro-car with its own unique character.

My father had a '58 which he kept until 1960. Unfortunately, long gone. Does that count?

My dad also bought an Isetta back in the 50's. He got it cheap because it didn't run and I don't think he ever got it running. But for years we had it in the back yard for the kids to play in. Maybe that's why I bought a smart car.
