If you want free mats, you haggle BEFORE handing the cash over for the car.

Not with the smart centers here I am afraid. I tried and tried. Got 2 pesky free keychains instead. I have had free mats for all the cars I have own. smart is the first car I have owned w/o free mats.

You only got two keychains? My dealer gave me four!! lol...

For me also the first vehicle I've purchased where the sales staff all the way to the GM weren't falling over themselves to make sure I was happy. When I bought my VW Beetle, I got a ball cap, floor mats and a full nose bra. They must have made alot on that car!!

LOL....... I got my smart so early on that they didn't HAVE floor mats. They didn't even have the sign up.
