I believe in some states it would be considered a motorcycle. I have read of some similar in other groups that have three wheeled vehicles.

I don't think it's a matter of actually considering them as motorcycles as far as registration, licensing, crash testing, etc, is it? I think it's just that it's considered a motorcycle for a single user in the carpool lane.

Wow, really?!?! That's wild. I can definitely see it on something like a canam spyder, but not on something like the Sparrow.
