I believe it was some sort of zap contraption. It was spotted just a few blocks from the zap dealer.

The most amusing spec I saw on it was "Seats 4 (303 lbs)." Hopefully one of these four 75 lb people is old enough to drive! I guess it could be me and newborn triplets!

Oh, and the other line: "Xebra's do not attempt to behave like other vehicles." I bet they do if that other vehicle says "EZ-GO" on the front.

Ooooohhhh! Baby-diaper green. They do have one zebra-striped, so I guess you could get that with the green instead of white stripes...
