bummer, I would have preferred the Toyota icon. They may make more sales under the trendy scion name, but I think it will be the reason I wouldnt buy it.

I'd consider an IQ and park it next to my smart! It's still a couple years off and maybe there won't be such a long wait! When the Prius first came out there was about a 1 year wait around here and you had to put 1,000 down to hold it.

2009 models are already out, 2010 models will be out in a year from now. If Toyota does launch this in America as a 2010...chances are its less than a year away from launch here.

Perhaps there will be a meet and greet for all similar size cars? Perhaps have a bumper sticker that says 'small cars rule'.
