with this set up will the ESP and ABS be affected?.. should I be concerned with the increased ride hight and cross winds on the highway? hmmm maybe I'll skip on this mod, I'd rather go with tracks on all four corners.....

It probably won't be too difficult to import it to the USA since there is no engine; therefore, no need to meet emission standards. Since it is probably an off road device, no need to meet US safety requirments.
