I was gonna say:

" MODIFIED GOLF CART !!"

Until I saw the license plates on the rear.

Does Canada really allow such vehicles on the street ??

I'm pretty sure it's illegal everywhere to put vehicle plates on non-vehicles while on the road.....

What to do when you've got more time and cutoff saw blades than you need........ but it is super neat. No law against downsizing your Mini.

That's cool, and an original Mini, isn't it not the BMW clone?

That looks like a "shorty". This is the Canadian model (additional side markers and different bumper) classic mini that was probably built in the late 70' to early 80's and then converted to a shorty (term in the mini community for this conversion).

Seen a couple in person. From what I hear they are even more fun to drive than a regular classic mini.

It is probably registered as a classic and due to this it is exempt from most regulation.

Looks like wheelbase is shorter than track!
