An elderly woman driver was today urged to contact police after she crashed into another car and forced it off the road, leaving the driver needing hospital treatment.
The crash happened on the B1149 at Heydon, near Saxthorpe, at around noon yesterday.
Police said a silver Smart car was overtaking a line of vehicles when a white car crashed into it and forced it off the road. The man driving the Smart car was taken to hospital.
The driver of the white car, the make and model of which is unknown, is believed to be an elderly woman and police think there are witnesses who spoke to her after the crash.
Police want to hear from that driver, or any witnesses, and urged them to call PC Keith Wiseman on 0845 456 4567.
