Shell 93 = 3.489 (right accross the street)

Stop & Shop 93 = 3.249 (a major NE grocery chain, 1/2 mile down the road)

I paid $2.93 two days ago at a Valero. Most of the Shell stations around here are all over $3, around $3.05 - $3.13. I still smile though when I'm at the pump filling up my car and the SUV next to me is already over $40 and still pumpin'.

It dropped this weel from 3.059 to 2.979 then today ( I filled up yesterday ) it dropped to2.959

Think around here in most parts of the Lehigh Valley in PA, it's around $3.05 or so....

I went over $26 last night. I admit, I got scared and felt panic like an IRS audit letter in the mailbox.
pumped 9.000 gallons though.

I was pleasantly surprised-- the gas prices everywhere I passed through in OR over the weekend are lower than in my hood.

Shell V-Power at home was $3.259, so I thought it was great when I filled up on the way down at Biggs Jct where V-Power was $3.099.

But...

I stopped at Troutdale on the way back and the premium at Flying J was only $3.039!

Conclusion: it doesn't make any sense
