They've got about several hundred early adopters already for the '07 model which they haven't yet delivered due to transmission problems. the '08 model looks alot nicer than the '07 model, IMHO. They also raised the price from a year ago to $100K from $90K....
This is a sign of things to come....electric cars again, IMHO, are the fastest and most feasible way to wean off of oil and someday I will have an electric smartie!!!
