I also wonder how Stan Mott is doing with the "Cyclops" testing for the latest NHTSA regs?

Just how 'smart' is IQ?

Anytime since I bought a Chev Cavalier in '96 I could have purchased a toyota or honda (had one once), or anything else for that matter. But, it wasn't until I encountered the smart car that I was moved beyond mere practical considerations into the realm of sheer joy in driving a car with such a fun personality. I'm sorry, but you can keep your banal IQ - I'll keep the Einstein of cars.

Wow, I want the IQ.

The Toyota brand is too good. Reliable, many dealerships, huge production capabilities, and probably cheaper to replace abundant parts.

The features also looks promising. The navigator probably also includes bluetooth handsfree (big thing in california now after the law), and I saw a engine start button, which hopefully also implies intelligent key. Hopefully there is also HID, but it's not a big deal if it doesn't. Backup camera would be cool too, although I think it's fine without given the car is so small. I like that the rearview, and side mirrors and huge as all other toyotas, while the SMART have very tiny mirrors.

With a special carbon fiber skin and the different angles this probably is stealth for radar detection.
