I dunno ... isn't putting the passenger forward blocking the view of the driver out the right side of the car (and prohibiting view of the right-side mirror by location of the body) generally considered to be a bad thing? Some sort of ... oh, let's call it a 'safety issue' sort of deal?

Don't get me wrong: I like surprises. I just don't believe that "changing lanes into a semi that I couldn't see because the passenger was in the way" is a surprise that I'd be in favor of. I'll stick with chicks popping out of cakes.

Your pal,
Meat.

Yes, coming from a true micro-car point of view: the iQ seems too big. But then, I think the smart 451 is too big & heavy compared to a 450 (which I'm still considering).

I've looked, and I can't find: does anyone know if the iQ has modular resilient bodywork like the smart?
