Caveat Emptor these bags are for the 450

Howdy all.
I checked out these bags. They were designed for the 450.
I know the 451 luggage area is larger, so they will fit, but I would rather have larger bags that fit "just right"?

I wouldn't buy 'em, then. I sent an e-mail asking for clarification on which model they're for.

Does anyone know the approximate width and depth dimensions for the trunk of the 450 vs. the 451?

I've been wondering that myself. I play the tuba and it's got a 19" diameter bell. It's about 42" long. I was curious about whether it would fit in the cargo area, or if I would have to fold the passenger seat down like I used to do in my old Ford Festiva.
Yeah, I know. Next life, piccolo.

The tailights in the illustration look very 451 to me and they seem to fit pretty tight. If you are tight rather than a#$@l regular luggage stood up on end fits just fine.

Don't forget Karl, the tailights on the 450 Cabrio (not the coupe0 and all 451s are the same.

It so happens that the car pictured is a 450. Look at the grill and front fender shape

Cheers
