I bought the bags for the US Smart Fortwo Cabriolet. The fit was a little tight & clumsy getting them in but the fit is very good. With the cargo cover on top, there's a little strain (a few millimeters of push) but it fits.

In the end I had to send the bags back. I had three of the four tie-down straps inside the bags not work. They sent back photos showing the clips working. How they pulled off that feat I'll never know. It's not like this engineer needs to read an instruction guide to work a plastic clip.

Take a look at somesmart.info/roadsterbag.pdf for a writeup I sent them about the bags if you like. The bags were almost great. Maybe I've gotten too picky in my old age but if I cant keep my pants from rolling around in my bags, I want different bags.

Those look pretty good, although they may not keep John_H's pants from rolling around.

It's just below the photos of the luggage; I'm sure it's a typo and they meant Mercedes.

I just wish there was more info on the bags. What do they really look like, especially inside? Do they work with the cargo cover in place?
