I wonder how the guy I saw feels about his Wildfire 650T, and how he got it home. I don't know how roadworthy they are ... but, they sure are eye catching.
We saw one down in central Florida back in December. We were in a 110% treehuggerish town and he parked right in front of me. It's a wonder we didn't cause some sort of "smug storm" while we were parked right next to each other - it seemed as though both of us were very proud of our cars and both were drawing quite the crowd. It was plenty fun though. He said it topped out at 35mph....not sure if I believed him...
...from their site....70 mile range @ 30mph...top speed can be adjusted up to 50 if you neighbourhood allows it to go that fast....
..maybe this is the perfect car for that guy that was looking to buy a smart for his two kids...hummmm
I saw another Wildfire today. Actually, it was probably the same one, given their scarcity. It appeared to be disabled, given its location, side of the road, driver unseen, off a busy highway.
