Sounds like my car, except for the 100,000 extended warranty! I only bought one year extra warranty. Makes me feel better if people are really able to get this much over sticker, even if I think they're nuts. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that if I want to sell in three or four years (I have a five-year loan) I can get enough to pay off what's remaing on my loan at that time with some left over for a downpayment on another car ** hopefully something electric.

There is a big difference between asking and selling price. You'll never know for sure what someone really paid!

I browsed completed e-bay auctions and very few ended with a high bidder and/or reserve met. Of the auctions that ended with a winning bidder I don't recall any that were much more than $1K or $2K over sticker. This isn’t much different than what some bad dealers are doing with mandatory add-ons on orphans!!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and since I'm beholding a reorange one, it's beautiful.

To paraphrase Crocodile Dundee (as well as date myself): That's not orange...

...THAT'S orange.

Or, as Ford calls it "Poppy Red."
