The ten worst GM cars

Saw this ten worst this morning. Better yet, the ten cars that tanked GM some of them are no-brainers.

On certain rare occasions a car company can produce a model that many people find unattractive and yet, somehow, it ends up finding a large market.

For some reason, it just didn't work for the Aztek. Introduced in 2001, it's still regarded as simply a hideous odd-ball. Those who own them do love them for their undeniable utility but most car shoppers avoided the Aztek. Over its five-year production run, just 115,000 were sold.

Wow, I'm glad it wasn't just me. A lady who used to work with me owned an Aztek. I'm usually not one to criticize another person's vehicle. But, I have to admit I told her that thing was butt ugly. And, she agreed with me. So, why'd she buy it?? anyway, I'm surprised by the low sales figures cited here.

Only if it has a HEMI in it! Take for instance the 1970 Superbee. Definitely 'BUTT UGLY' but 'KICKS BUTT' too......

The bulky, plastic, interior parts that are clearly pulled from an '80s era surplus GM parts bin in all of their current models just kills me every time I drive a rental.

Hey! Watch it! I happen to think the '70 superbee's were really cool cars. That double loop grill is one of the things I like best! Aaahhh, the old Chrysler, only if they could build them like that again......

Ugly is in the eye of the looker. I've had people call the Smart ugly. I guess I appreciate some of the cars on that list.

Sorry but I loved my Corvairs, and the Vega wasn't so bad. the problem is that they expected the owner to take care of the car (which most did not)
My Grandma had a Corvair and it flipped after the local service station rotated the tires... problem is that the front tires are supposed to have 16 PSI and rear had 30 PSI. (motor is in the rear) rotating the tires caused the front end to catch air and flipped the car. The car was blamed, not the mechanic....The wife still thinks I got a Smart because of the similarity to Corvairs.

the ugliest thing on any GM car is the gawdawful orange/gold plastic chevy badge. JMO, ya know.
