If they've been around that long, their presence is rather paltry. The city is available only in select Norwegian cities because of inablity to supply the product.

Production of the smart started in the late 90's, 1998 or so. This car was first and the new model has a similar design. It's going to look like a smart, there are only so many ways to design a small car.
