Dude, I love the smart too, but be realistic.
My 2003 Envoy is not affected by wind anything like the smart. This is not a complaint about the smart, just reality. I'll bet I have driven these vehicles many more miles than you. This is not a put down, just reality.

One would think that with all that side exposed to the wind, it would be affected more by it. Perhaps that it has all that weight keeps it from being blown around. Perhaps a mini-van that has about the same amount of siding but weighing less would be affected more by the wind?

I have experienced some wind while driving my little car but all it did was shake a little.

i used to own a gmc conversion van and let me tell you, it was way worse to drive in the wind than my smart.
