Looks like it sits low.Which is always my beef with the Fit and Yaris. IQ very original. I like the fit,look, and feel of Western engineering.

I agree, and that is likely to the start production esimate (" will be produced in late 2008") for elsewhere, not be available. If it comes here it will take awhile, and during that time you could already be driving around with a Smart smile


They mention Euro NCAP testing, Im curious does that rating include rear end collisions with passengers in the rear seat?

If it was here now I would definitely look at it closely. I like what I see so far, but I need more details. Cost, mgp, engine size, etc... ;)

The iQ is called a 3+1, meaning it is capable of carrying up to three adults along with a child or luggage in comfort.

I guess you can get three adults and one child plus luggage if one adult and one child are counted as luggage, or don't mind being beneath it.
No way otherwise.

I really like that it has a manual transmission and a back seat, make it in a convertible and I'm in.
