Track historical gas prices

You can track up to three US/Canadian locations and see how gas prices change: Historical gas price charts - Los Angeles Gas Prices

Nice chart.

Your chart, coupled with this one, are great ammunition against for those that argue that gas price increases are simply keeping up with inflation:

Just so you know, this forum prohibits political discussions, even in off topic. While your chart isn't a discussion, it could certainly lead to one. Word to the wise.

BTW, you could plot sunspots, UFO sightings or droughts on a similar chart with about as much statistical validity.

For those interested in non-partisan local, regional, state, and national gas price statistics, you can pay the big fee for the Lundberg survey (Lundberg Survey, Inc.), which is used by petroleum companies, government agencies, and other institutional users; or you can use the free AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report (http://www.fuelgaugereport.com/), which is used by everyone else.

Indeed! So much so that warhorse got his post edited by someone else!

As you know, we have always been at war with Oceania. That's the official story and we are sticking to it!

Well, as mentioned elsewhere around here, the best way to start a keyboard riot is to discuss religion or politics.
Most things pertaining to such are best left unsaid.
