What Car is this?

Came Across an idiotic picture.
Its clearly not a smart, as its four doors.
First guess its a Daewoo Kalos/Chevy Aveo variant.
But I am not really sure, anybody have a clue?

It was a VW, and believe me, you don't want to get any further into this picture series!

The wheel hub has a symbol similar to the one on some Chryslar cars. They had a VW Rabbit size vehicle. It is hard to tell what it is since there is so little left. It looked like one or both were going pretty fast. I doubt many small cars would have survived that impact.

To me this is a VW Lupo, but of course is not a Smart, the guy who edited the picture doesn't have a clue how the Smart looks like.

I dont know what led me to believe it was in South America, But I was right.
Frankly in any car, that would have been unsurviveable.

That didnt stand out to me as a spare. Looked like the hatch poped out.
