1999 pulse window fell down into the doors (and busted panels)

1999 pulse. electric window problems windows fell down in doors
The electric windows both have fallen down in the doors.

1. The window issue. There is a white plastic track/runnier/window attachment bracket that is broken. The cable appears to have skipped a loop in the roller drive, shortened the cable and ripped the cable out of the bracket... Now what do I do?

1999 pulse. I BUSTED door panels trying to remove them. HELP
1. I followed the instructions on removing the panels and BUSTED IT IN 5 places. PLEASE HELP me understand what I did wrong before I attempt the other side.... PLEASE

2. Being a 1999 could my panel be brittle due to age????

3. Can the cracks be glued, melted, welded?????
