Shifting system fault & Check Engine (450)

Hi,

I have 2006 Smart, 108,350 km. and ever since more than 3 weeks I'm having problem with Shifting system fault + check engine and more problems too. Send the car at Mercedez in Ottawa, they have change the starter, alternator and the module and still having problem. I drove it this morning March 9th, 2009 to Mercedez garage again. Can anyone help me out here, I love my car but this is getting ridiculous.
