I heard on the radio there was a smart car accident in VA Beach on (264?)? Does anyone have any details? Is the driver okay? I contacted Terry Rider to see if she has heard anything and as of 9am she has not...

(Not so)smart driver driving down shoulder hits pregnant woman's stalled car. Knocks car into lane, woman and smart driver taken to hospital. That's it in a nutshell.
