I got the exact same horn on my Harley.

Ear Cannon Air Horn :: Horns :: A to B Utilities :: Aerostich/RiderWearHouse Motorcycle Jackets, Suits, Clothing, & Gear

But it was a lot less money here and it's VERY loud.

The horns are a direct "plug and play" and should bolt up nicely in a Smart. If anyone in the Birmingham area would like one installed, for free, PM me.

Mike

Hey
Once you get the front panel out installing the horn is very easy!
I can help install in NJ or NY.

Five minutes for both my dad and me pulling screws from both sides - the skirts that must be pulled first is about 2 minutes or so. I'm setting aside 15 minutes for a start to finish time limit - that is including instructing as I go along as well but having additional helpers (NCC1701 and anyone else he'll allow - I KNOW it will draw a crowd) If any club member that is present has the video capabilities I hope they can film it, I don't though and I spotted a new camera the other day I want but it would mean certain death if I spend anymore money as I am spending waaayyy too much on the Smarts lately getting them right.

Wow!
That thing claims 139 dB!! The Bad Boy only claims 118, that's a huge difference! I think I bought the wrong horn.
Then again, the Bad Boy is still quite loud, so I'll be happy to have it installed.

I'll have my HDD camcorder with me, along with my digital still camera. Since I'll be assisting you, I won't be able to record it myself, but I'll be happy to let someone else man the camera(s).

Please, someone from the DC area contact me so you can be my first victim... uh, I mean customer!!!!!

I need to do a second install so I can either get a video DIY, or photos of the process.

This is a very easy mod to do. Basically any horn similar to the one I installed I should be able to mount for you.
