Where is the Thread starter? Or if you would be so kind to start the thread, I will run with it.

Click on the Mid-Atlantic Region above (after "Smart Car of America Chapters/Regions", just under the red bar with "FORUMS" and "GALLERY"), and the blue button "Post Reply" changes to "New Thread"...

Actually, every time you're in a sub-forum, the blue button is "New Thread".

You know.....just ordinary embroidered patches that say George Washington Birthday Parade, Alexandria VA with a picture of George, Sailing ship and the year 2009 on it.
