Hampton Roads Meet, Nov 22 Prem gas at Reg gas price

We are home from are 10 days in Spain and Italy. We got home sick for our own Smart Car, after seeing 1000's on the road. They had so many different small cars that looks really nice but none looked like the Smart.

Anyway during our first meet a few months ago we said that if we got together in Portsmouth then we would be able to make a gas deal for any fellow smart drivers to meet at our 7-11 store.

As I know the gas price is well on its way down I can still post a limited price cut on Sat 22nd of Nov if we all wish to meet up and than drive around the corner to eat.

its just a few miles past the 264 tunnel into Portsmouth, go south on Frederick "rt 17". The store is just three stop lights down on the left. I have 12 gas pumps so we as I see it we can fit 24 smarts at one time...I dont thank we have that many but maybe so.

Oh, I thought it was going to be on that Sunday. I have to go to Petersburg and watch my darling son compete in an ROTC event that Saturday. So we will not be able to attend if it is on Saturday.

Someone stopped in the store this morning and asked the same Question about the time. I have no trouble with any time of the day. I will be able to meet the group any time after say 2pm on the 22nd, and Im sad to see we will be missing atleast one Smart Person already who will out of town (chihuahuak94me)
We would like to be able to sit down for a late lunch or early dinner about 5pm.
so lets here from all the people about the time...

I think we all talked about maybe the CIRCLE RES. around the corner from the store on High Street.

I will call monday and ask how many people they thank they can handle,

hope we have 24 cars

and anyone and everyone can post if they are coming that day so i can keep some type of number..

Just got email from Beth and she said she cant stay for food but will be dropping in to the store on sat to say hi...

Hello! I hope to be able to come by sat - but may not be able to stay for dinner. Have a contractor coming to the house sometime & I'm not sure when. So many things scheduling at one time!!! aaaarrrghhh. I hope to make it. I won't need to gas up - just did that on monday, gosh darn it.
