Old smart Moderator Location: City of Williamsburg, VA	Lifeboat Today has been the second occasion that the SCOA site has gone down, came up, has gone forward, regressed, been fast, been slow, et al. For the Mid-Atlantic Region smarters there is an immediate lifeboat at: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/...lantic_smarts/ until such other things return.
