Based on the votes recived thus far, I have decided the offical date for the Festival of lights meet and greet will be December 6,2008. For those who may not be familar with the Bull Run festival of lights, it is an annual event that runs from the beginning of December to about early January. Here is a link to explain how the event is incase there are those who are seeing this for the very first time.

The meeting time im setting for 3.30 pm, that way, we all can enjoy a good coffee, or whatever you like. That of course will give yours truly time to look at some of the wonderfully decked out Smarts for the holiday season. Of course this also includes my little side contest referrred to as

Yes this is one of those little opurtunites to really have some fun material for the rest of the members of this forum to have a good gander at ( say chesse
). I will be doing some door prizes for the three best creativley done cars out there. As i mentoined in the original post, do what you like, but don't do anything that can pose a possible driving hazard to yourself or others. As if our Smarties alone did not turn heads already.
From there, we all shall have a good cruise to the Festival of lights as a wonderful bunch at around 5.00 pm ( good chance to catch a good place to park for the other good stuff offered). Now that i have your attention, this leads to the next poll i created just for the event. I ask that to those who are interested in going to the meet, i need to know by answering the poll i created. The reason i ask is so i can get a definate of not only how many to expect, but more so how much to buy for sharing Smores only that there is a huge bonfire there.
Just to let you all know this is not only for the guys in the DC metro area, but you folks in the Virgina Beach/Norfolk area, as well as the other surrounding areas are more than invited to join. If you are still waiting for your Smart, don't feel left out, all cars are welcome, and better yet, im sure there is somebody looking for a buddy to share the ride.
