Spare wheels and tires bought locally

I just bought front steel wheels at scVaB for $45. They also have rear wheels. They came from someone who changed their steel to alloy. I'm getting the Continental tires from Market Tire on Va. Blvd near Harris Teeter. They cost 76.99 plus the 12.99 for mounting and the usual shop fees. Talk to Will if you're interested, he knows where to order them. the dealership also now has the tires, but they're a little more expensive.

Got my new tires put on the wheels yesterday. The cost was $76.99 plus $1 per tire(Va. fee). Since he didn't mount the tires he didn't he didn't charge me the $12.99.
