I had JUST the oil change done and it was $83. That included having them reset the computer. Terry said I could try and do it myself, but customers had not been having any luck doing that. I wasn't even aware that it was an option.

Update on delivery hurry up and wait...... Dealer still had no idea... It was like the 4th time I was told it will be here on X and when I called on X was told it was delayed and given a new date...
I got tired of that answer so I thought ... the dealer can't really do much until they actually have the car on their lot... So, I called smartUSA - wow have they become scripted. It even sounded like she was reading from a book... That made me mad - I found Schembri's contact information and after communicating with him - the car will be on the dealers lot in 48 hours. He repeatedly assured me. We will see - that will be Wed by noon per his quote...

Very nice person. I found out they must be having trouble making loads on the trucks. They ship mixed brands and since the sales are so bad not many cars are shipping to SE VA. I guess they are shipping this one half empty... Don't know how, really don't care as long as the car arrives by Wednesday and I am in the thing Thursday no later than Friday... Due to the holidays I can't get off another day until after New Years... LOL

Hey Raz,

Wouldn't happen to be related to the replacement of the service manager somewhat recently? (recently enough they haven't fixed it on their website...)

Just curious- a few of us are about to get into a significant relationship with this dealer. Information is crucial to dealing with them or not...

I just took delivery yesterday - the staff at SCVAB was OUTSTANDING. They were great!

Va Bch smart car dealer and service center gets two thumbs up. On the other hand Checkered Flag body shop gets two thumbs down.
