Calling Bill-O....

Did you pick up your smartie today? Maybe you're so busy driving around you haven't had a chance to post yet.

I spotted a white smartie in Berkley today near Woodward and Catalpa on the east side of Woodward. Is the owner on the forum? Don't know if the driver saw me.

Then tonight my daughter and I went to Royal Oak for ice cream at Oberweis Dairy. On the way home, going down Main Street. a guy next to me was trying to ask me something. My daughter lowered the window so she could hear him, assuming he was asking something about my car. He just wanted to know where he could get an Obama sticker like mine! We got so used to people asking about the car today it was pretty funny when someone totally ignored the car and asked about my bumper sticker.

We were all over the place today ** to the women's expo in Novi, to Southfield, to Royal Oak, to Berkley. Lot of stares and questions and thumbs up today.

To each their own. I was just relaying a funny story ** not asking for approval of my political choices.

Less of what the sticker has to say, but more of it's being on the car......it may ruin the paint. There have been other posts about the paint apparently reacting to the presence of a vinyl overlay on its' surface. It might well cause blisters to come up under the sticker. I would watch that very closely. Is any sticker worth a repaint?

I hadn't seen that noted anywhere. I typically don't put bumper stickers on my cars ** I usually put them in the back window. This one has an easily removable backing, unlike most others I've seen before. Thanks for the heads up ** I'll keep an eye on it. I have a cabrio, so the back window is smaller than the coupe, and I wouldn't want to block any of my view, as it's so limited already.
