Has our Michigan club gone to sleep??

Even Autoblog has piece on the Plymouth Mi, "Green Street Fair" coming up this week end.

Is our club going to show up there? Even Vespa out of A2 will have a display there.

I saw the story about this in the paper yesterday ** first I had heard about it. Not sure if I'm available at all this weekend.

Find out if we can even drive through there. Decide when and where to meet. Where to park. (suggestion - do an initial gather at the Greek restaurant south of A2 rd or some other convenient parking lot)

Post the info with a reply to so you know how many are interested.

No luck contacting the Fair people. Their contact link is not working. I'll call the Chamber in the morning and try to get more info.

Other wise I agree, lets just meet up and go to the fair. I don't know Plymouth so if anyone that knows of a place where we might meet up, please post it here. Wife and I are going for sure on Sat.

Talked to Fair people. We are very welcome there. Offering free space to us. However, No drive through as roads will be closed and pedestrians will abound.

How many of us Michigan Smarties might be able to make it to the Fair? Please post here.

We have little or no time to put this together so it may not fly ,but let's at least give it a try.

BTW, The Michigan Electric Car club ? will be there too. so should be interesting just to go to the Fair.

Too short notice, no interest. I've faxed the fair people to put us on their mailing list and thanked them for the space offer. Maybe next time.
