Great Michigan Dealer!

Hi, Northwest Ohio here and we got our pure from Bloomfield Hills Smart on Sat. and could'nt be happier! this dealer was the closest to us and after the 3 hr. drive we were rewarded with Tom, our salesman, and his polite approach to selling cars. We were treated very well and happily bought my orphan, "Boop". Just wanted to acknowledge our happy transaction!

Does anyone know if the dealership in Bloomfield Hills also does oil changes, etc on the smartCar models?

YEs, they do oil changes, warranty work, etc. HEck, they are the dealership affiliated with the National Headquarters of Smart, which is in Bloomfield Hills, so they are constantly being monitored, probably much more than most dealerships, or at least I would expect that to be true.

I have been impressed with everybody there from the Service Manager down to the snow removal guys..>(grin)

They have even assisted me by putting on tires, wheels and hubcaps that I had bought out of Canada back in January when I wanted winter tires on my care before driving it home.

We've ALSO had GREAT experiences with the gang at Smartcenter Bloomfield Samantha and Shane were awesome when we bought our little orphan back in Sept.08. The ladies at the frontdesk are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful The service dept?! Mark and his team are AMAZING! They have taken SUCH good care of us. We've, unfortunately, had to go in twice...once bec we got rearended by an idiot who doesn't know red means stop;) and a second time bec we hit a CRATER up in Rochester Hills one dark night and needed 2 rims replaced. Our car is in and out of there in no time. Mark is so helpful on the phone and ALWAYS has great advice...he's awesome at dealing with the insurance companies who don't seem to even know what a Smartcar is!? haha! Thank you so much Smartcenter Bloomfield...we love you!!

Another great experience from Smart Center Bloomfield. I went in last week for the 2.0 upgrade. First time back in the year since I purchased my car. I hate that drive over those awful roads, but it was needed so I did it. I was treated like royalty by everyone there. Even the president of Smart USA came over to shake my hand and introduce himself to me. Mark was super and the upgrade was done in no time at all. I can't speak for service as we have not needed any yet, and we chose to do the oil change ourselves. I also appreciated the fact that I was not strong armed into having the service done there. Mark was very polite and said it was a job that could be done by anyone who had done oil changes before. I just wish I didn't live over 135 miles from them!!!!
