My car left Bremerhaven on 10/23, got to Baltimore on 11/3, and I picked it up on 11/28. It actually arrived on 11/25, but I couldn't do anything because of the holiday. But, all-in-all it was well worth the wait. My rep was very nice and everyone at the Smart Center were great.
