Mismart. Fine pix on "Macys' Window", bet you had to stand in the deep snow for that one.

But, what/where is Lake Bluff?

A2Jack.

Any Michiganders been contacted, yet?

As I keep reading about purchasers all across our nation being 'notified', I'm wondering if ANYBODY from Michigan has had any kind of 'contact' whether it be via e-mail, or phone call?

I also keep hearing how everybody seems to know the phone numbers and salespeople's names. I feel so "in the dark" when it comes to having any information on how to even contact Bloomfield Hills or who to ask for.

Anybody got any information they can share about Bloomfield Hills?

Does anyone have the address, or crossroads of the dealership?

I'd like to make the drive out there just to look at it (about 30 mins from here)

thanks!

This actually made me laugh out loud it seemed so bizarre?

Since I didn't have any contact information for the Bloomfield Hills dealership, I decided to go out to Smart USA and ask them for information. I even bothered to explain how I had registered early in the morning of the first day and how I didn't know of any way to contact my dealership. The good news is that they responded right away. The bad news is that it all seems like 'double-speak' especially the part about being DEDICATED to Customer Service. If you appreciate good 'irony' you'll love this response:

"Dear smart Enthusiast, We are currently staffing dealership locations and training personnel. smart USA is dedicated to Customer Service and wants to ensure that the needs of our customers are met when calling or visiting a dealership. We expect to announce our dealership network during the month of January. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us via email or by phone at 1.800.smartusa. Thank you for your interest in smart USA. You will be hearing from us soon! Jessica Ratcliff Customer Service 1.800.smartusa www.smartusa.com"

Remeber, when you call the 800 number or email, you are not talking to smartUSA "proper" at Bloomfield Hills. You are talking to a bunch of programmed Internet Brands drones, probably in CA.

I forget the question now, but I once called them three times in one day on three different phones and asked the exact same question. I got three different answers/non-answers.

It's on Telegraph Rd. (U.S. 24) between Square Lake Road and Orchard Lake Rd. in Bloomfield Twp. Top of the hill, east side of the road.

Cool, thanks
Those intersections are about 45 minutes from me, and once it opens up that will make the trip worthwhile!
