Remeber, when you call the 800 number or email, you are not talking to smartUSA "proper" at Bloomfield Hills. You are talking to a bunch of programmed Internet Brands drones, probably in CA.
I forget the question now, but I once called them three times in one day on three different phones and asked the exact same question. I got three different answers/non-answers.
