Yikes! After reading that this guy has been president of the parent company since 2001 and was a franchise operator for 15 years prior, I honestly can't believe the guy would write what he did in a post on this forum.

Fortunately, his employees at Al & Ed's did their job to make things right, but the folks working at or running 4smartcar.com must be clones of Mr. Mashal.

I guess since they have 25 stores and lots of brick and mortar business they feel they can push the folks on the internet around, simply because they don't have to face them.

The further I get into this issue the worse it smells...

I would print and mail this entire thread to Mr. Mashal, but I honestly don't think he cares.
