Accessories

Does anyone know if you can use both the smokers kit and the CD holder at the same time? Is there space for both accessories to mount?
Thanks, Darrell

There are two slots, so you can have two CD holders, two ashtrays (for some reason), or one of each. I have one of each, and you can open them fine or take them out easily.

Pictures are worth...

On the far left, you can see the edge of the cup holder. Basically, the twin set is just under the left side of the glove compartment.

can anyone post a picture of the smokers kit installed, in relation to the 12v outlet and the dash buttons? the pictures posted above aren't quite clear on that. i'd like to get one to put change in, but i don't want it to be in the way of my ipod holder. thanks!

I would like to mount my Sirius radio (Stratus) on the top of the CD holder and leave it always attached. I think I could roll up the extra cord lengths and put them inside the little storage area at the top of the CD holder. I'm anal about adding permanent accessories to a car. Any comments? Has anyone tried this?
Thanks, Darrell

Maybe this will help - I have the cd holder in the top slot, and have glued a 3-outlet 12V adapter to the bottom. That gives me outlets for my xm radio, phone, and an extra cord to charge either the bt gps receiver or the bt car speaker. The xm cord is tucked in under the glove box. The antenna is just on the dash. My phone just sits in the beverage holder. It also is my gps system, and I get too much glare (with the top down) anywhere else in the car.

I think the ashtray is exactly the same size as the cd holder, so it should fit in the slot the same way.

Thanks for the pictures. I will probably do mine the same way.
Best regards, Darrell
