After market fog lights?

Anyone try and install after market fogs. Hella Micro or those Bling lights. I have the Smart grill covers but since we need to hard wire everything "MB won't release the activation codes for the fogs" might make sense to skip all the MB products all together?

Hella Micro DE Fog Light Kit
or
Smart fog light, Parts Accessories, eBay Motors items on eBay.com

The Micro's would definitely look the best

I ordered Both

Got both of them and I will sell the one I don't use. Curious to see how to fit them??

I like the micro's too. If you install these, make sure you take plenty of pics so the rest of us can see how they look on the car.

Hi all,

The Hella Micro Fog Lighs were fitted as standard on the Smart 450, when I had one in 2001.

Smart don't have a working activation code so they can't release it.

Although they looked similar, the ones on the 450 were plastic and a very poor quality.

Evilution - Have you tried putting in PIAAs? I am looking to put in a pair of those but what I got from the opening up the panels, there is no where to mount the PIAAs like in other cars. Let me know.
