Where can I get a gearknob similar to the Brabus gearknob in the States? I like the Brabus type, but the large 'B' on the top excludes it seeing as I don't have a Brabus smart. I hate the stock one with its stitching.
The North American gear knob, and knob button, and gear lever, and pre-transmission electronic logic is different from the Euro's - Brabus, et al. Don't get any hopes up.
