Anyone add on the fog lights?

Our 451 did not come with the fog lights and I was thinking about adding them to it. Has Anyone done this? I checked behind the Bezels and the wiring and mounts are there but what about the switch and relay?

I think there is a thread about this already. It seems you can add all the hardware, but the lights will not work. Last I heard, smart is working on a neeeded software update that would enable them.
