I had smart center Edison do the install which they said was very easy. Beware it mounts to the floor and partially takes away the ability to fully engage the emergency brake. Since the install, I haven't experienced any problems using the EB. Also, you loose about 2 inches when you try to push the driver seat back as it knocks up against the mount. This isn't an issue for me because I'm 5'3 and have plenty of room. I'll have to take pixs of that too and post them asap.

Well, that rules me out. I am 6'6" and that two inches is not something I want to lose.
Any other options out there that anyone knows of?

Smartsrus (http://www.smartsrus.com/acatalog/comfort.html) has a armrest that mounts to the seat and matches the leather in the 251. I think it would be a little over $200 plus shipping to the states.
