B P air filter

I just put one in and it seems to be running much better. More low end. Now I am wondering if the scoop that is around wound also be an improvement?

The filter gave my butt dyno a positive boost, the scoop didn't. But it did increase my average mpg which was a very unexpected benefit from what I planned as a cosmetic mod.

It still not ready to compete in the 1/4 mile, but there was a noticeable subjective increase in acceleration after swapping the filter which was greater than when I swapped my factory exhaust for the DTH exhaust.
(After installing the scoop there has been a consistent 2mpg increase over the last 5 months as opposed to the preceeding 7 months. I don't think I changed my driving style and I the only other mods were horn, audio and such so the scoop got the credit for the mileage increase.)
